(More customer reviews)I bought this chair for my wife who is occasionally too weak to stand in the shower. It's a sturdy yet light chair that is easy to pick up one handed. It snapped together without tools and feels quite sturdy. There is no wiggle or any sensation that it might collapse or separate if you pick it up incorrectly. Water does not puddle in the seat thanks to the large drain holes.
That said, look carefully at the product image. All those things hanging off the sides? NOT INCLUDED. No container for your shampoo, nothing to hold your shower head, no cupholder, no armrests, NOTHING. You get four legs, a seat and the back. That's it. Even the shipped box has this same lovely product image, but no lovely product accessories. Bah! If it weren't for the fact my wife uses and likes the chair, it would be on the first truck back.
Edited to add: I see they have changed the product picture to something more accurate. This picture accurately represents the product. If you see a picture of this chair with a soap caddy, shower head holder and armrests, then be warned.
