The other person who reviewed this item was completely right - the water for some reason will not hold a temperature unless you're about two inches away from the showerhead, and when you have to get that close it STINGS. It's definitely more of a stinging mist than anything else. I took out the flow restriction thing and didn't notice any difference at all. I would definitely not recommend this or anything that uses this particular type of technology. It's just not worth it. I love a really good, invigorating shower, and this was not it.
